• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the start of the activity 50% penalty.
• Cancellation within 6 hours prior to the start of the activity, they have a 100% penalty.
• No Show at the time of the activity, they have a 100% penalty.
Special cancellation conditions for meteorological reasons:
• Cancellations within 24 hours at the start of the activity without cancellation fees, in cases of heavy rains that prevent the start of the activity.
