This activity focuses on the path of Saint Ignatius from his birth to the founding of the Society of Jesus. We will visit the spectacular Basilica of Loyola (built in the 18th century) and the family home and birthplace of Saint Ignatius. Then we will head to the hermitage of La Antigua in Zumarraga (where San Ignacio stopped during his pilgrimage) and the Arantzazu Sanctuary (located in a spectacular setting in a gorge, rebuilt in the 1950s and a showcase of modern religious art at its best, awarded several international awards).
A day full of spirituality that will leave the faithful tourist as well as the non-religious tourist amazed by the sheer beauty of the places of interest.
